Quality: It′s a word you hear a lot around Leisure Touch.
We think about it constantly. The quality of our staff, the quality of our work, the quality of our reports, the quality of our service, the quality of our lives - in everything we do, we want our quality to be the best. And then, when we are absolutely certain that it is the best, we want it to be even better. Best of the best!
In April, our QC trained all the staff about the inspection and quality control procedures of garden furniture.
We apply AQL methodology to all our quality checks, ranging from IQC (Incoming Quality Check), IPQC (In-process Quality Check) to OQC (Outgoing Quality Check). In addition, we also have a QA (Quality Assurance) Specialist to follow up on quality corrections and carry out quality assurance procedures on a daily basis.

2. Only qualified materials shall be pipelined to production workshops.

2. Process inspection: inspection in each phase.

It covers not only all product specifications but also the packing details such as inner packing, outer packing, shipping mark and artwork etc.
